All Ariva Fine Jewelry comes with a Manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. We do not cover abuse of the jewelry or normal wear and tear.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging and paperwork. If the item is returned without the original packaging and paperwork or has been worn, a website merchandise credit will be issued. Please send returns or exchanges prepaid and insured to: Pranda/Ariva, One Wholesale Way, Cranston RI, 02920.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. Website orders cannot be refunded or exchanged at Ariva retail locations.
Gift items purchased between November 1 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged according to the above policy until January 31 with an Ariva receipt.
